Testosterone

Testosterone is a steroid sex hormone found in both men and women. In men, testosterone is produced primarily by the Leydig (interstitial) cells of the testes when stimulated by luteinizing hormone (LH). It functions to stimulate spermatogenesis, promote physical and functional maturation of spermatozoa, maintain accessory organs of the male reproductive tract, support development of secondary sexual characteristics, stimulate growth and metabolism throughout the body and influence brain development by stimulating sexual behaviors and sexual drive.

Testosterone Cypionate

Testosterone cypionate is a synthetic derivative of testosterone in the form of an oil-soluble 17 (beta)-cyclopentylpropionate ester. Its benefit compared to other testosterone derivatives is the slow rate of release after injection and longer half-life. The characteristics of testosterone cypionate and testosterone enanthate are very similar, therefore both tend to be interchangeable.

Testosterone Enanthate

Testosterone enanthate is an esterified variant of testosterone that comes as an injectable compund with a slow release rate. It is the first injectable ester preparation of testosterone. This slow release is achived by the presence of the enanthate ester functional group attached to the testosterone molecule.

Testosterone Propionate

Testosterone propionate is a slower releasing anabolic steroid with a short half-life. This characteristic allows the user to run short testosterone propionate cycles of 8-10 weeks as optimal peak blood plasma levels are achieved at 2-4 weeks. It is a synthetic androstane steroid derivative of testosterone in the form of 17β propionate ester of testosterone.

Testosterone Decanoate

Testosterone decanoate is an esterified form of testosterone which is attached to a long fatty acid chain. The lack of a methylated site on the carbon 17 eliminates the adverse effects on the liver found in another testosterone analogs.

Levonorgestrel

A synthetic progestational hormone with actions similar to those of progesterone and about twice as potent as its racemic or (+-)-isomer (norgestrel). It is used for contraception, control of menstrual disorders, and treatment of endometriosis. It is usually supplied in a racemic mixture (Norgestrel, 6533-00-2). Only the levonorgestrel isomer is active.

Norethisterone (INN, BAN), also known as Norethindrone (USAN), is a synthetic progestational hormone with actions like those of progesterone but functioning as a more potent inhibitor of ovulation. It has weak estrogenic and androgenic properties. The hormone has been used in treating amenorrhea, functional uterine bleeding, endometriosis, and for contraception.

Methylcobalamin

Methylcobalamin, also known as Methyl-B12 or Mecobalamin, is a form of the common vitamin B12. It differs from typical B12 in that it has an additional methyl group and contains metal-alkyl bonds.This vitamin functions in the environment to reduce the toxicity of heavy metals in the air, water, and soil. In the human body, this compound has been found to possess neuro-protective and anti-aging properties.

Hydroxocobalamin Acetate

Its biologically active form, vitamin C, functions as a reducing agent and coen- zyme in several metabolic pathways. Vitamin C is considered an antioxidant.

Calcitriol

Calcitriol or 1,25-dihydroxycholecalciferol (abbreviated 1,25-(OH)2-D3) is the active form of vita- min D found in the body (vitamin D3). This is stimulated by a decrease in serum calcium, phos- phate (PO43−) and parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels. It regulates calcium levels by increasing the absorption of calcium and phosphate from the gastrointestinal tract, increasing calcium and phosphate reabsorption in the kidneys and inhibiting the release of PTH. Calcitriol is also com- monly used as a medication in the treatment of hypocalcemia and osteoporosis.

Ergocalciferol

Ergocalciferol (Vitamin D2) is a derivative of ergosterol formed by ultraviolet rays breaking of the C9-C10 bond. It differs from cholecalciferol in having a double bond between C22 and C23 and a methyl group at C24.

Paricalcitol is a synthetic vitamin D analog. Paricalcitol has been used to reduce parathyroid hor- mone levels. Paricalcitol is indicated for the prevention and treatment of secondary hyperparathy- roidism associated with chronic renal failure.

This is the active form of vitamin B6 serving as a coenzyme for synthesis of amino acids, neu- rotransmitters (serotonin, norepinephrine), sphingolipids, aminolevulinic acid. During transamina- tion of amino acids, pyridoxal phosphate is transiently converted into pyridoxamine phosphate (pyridoxamine).

Luliconazole

Luliconazole (trade names Luzu, Lulicon) is an imidazole antifungal drug. As a 1% topical cream, It is indicated for the treatment of athlete's foot, jock itch, and ringworm caused by dermatophytes such as Trichophyton rubrum, Microsporumgypseum and Epidermophyton floccosum.

Beclomethasone dipropionat

Beclomethasone dipropionate is a prodrug of the free form, beclomethasone (beclomethasone-17-monopropionate). An anti-inflammatory, synthetic corticosteroid, it is used topically as an anti-inflammatory agent and in aerosol form for the treatment of asthma and allergic rhinitis (seasonal and perennial). Beclometasone dipropionate is also being investigated for oral treatment in mild-to-moderate Crohn's disease of ileal or ileal-right colonic localisation and for "topical" use mild-to-moderate graft versus host disease.

Mometasone furoate

Mometasone is a medium-potency synthetic corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive properties. Studies in asthmatic patients have demonstrated that mometasone provides a favourable ratio of topical to systemic activity due to its primary local effect along with the extensive hepatic metabolism and the lack of active metabolites. Though effective for the treatment of asthma, glucocorticoids do not affect asthma symptoms immediately.

Deflazacort

Deflazacort is a glucocorticoid used as an anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressant. It was approved in February, 2017 by the FDA for use in treatment of Duchenne muscular dystrophy
